Versailles and Midway are twenty minutes west of us, and between them they hold some of the most photographed wedding venues in Kentucky. We try to shoot them like nobody has.

Why people get married in Woodford County
There's a castle on the highway. There's a distillery with stone warehouses that looks like a film set. There are horse farms on every road, a railroad town with a main street full of restaurants, and the Kentucky River at the bottom of all of it. You get a different backdrop every ten minutes.
We know the back roads and we know the light. Portraits along the fence line at seven on a June evening. A first look under the trees before the sun gets hard. A ceremony timed so the shade reaches the chairs. Working that out is part of what you're paying for.

How we shoot here
Mostly by watching. We'll direct a short portrait walk and the family photos you want, and the rest of the day we stay out of the way. Clara photographs, Nathaniel films, and because it's one crew the gallery and the film match. Microphones on the vows and toasts are always included.
Photography starts at $2,400, film at $2,800, and both of us for ten hours at $4,800. Versailles and Midway are well inside our included 60 miles, so no travel charge.
